Items sold within Wishsticks Shop are sold by

Items for sale are Reiki Candles, Wishsticks Reflection Cards, Artwork and gift vouchers which can be exchanged for treatments, courses and gifts from the Gift Shop.  Current prices for goods and services are shown on the relevant pages for each item.  

Payment can be made via Paypal directly from the shopping page.  Items are added to the customer’s basket by pressing the “Add to Basket” link next to the chosen item.  This will take customers to a Paypal screen from which they can choose to continue shopping or checkout to complete their transaction.  

Paypal enables the customer to pay via a Paypal account, credit or debit card.  Full payment for goods or vouchers and associated delivery costs must be made before any items are prepared and dispatched from Wishsticks to the customer.

Items are usually prepared and dispatched within 48 hours of receiving full payment.  If holiday periods prevent this, notification will be given on the Shop page website and an estimated dispatch time will be given.  Purchases made within a holiday period are taken as acceptance of the longer dispatch period.  

Standard Postage and Packing costs £3.50 and items will be sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Delivery service.  Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver items sent by 2nd Class within 3 days. This is not a guaranteed delivery time.  Gift Vouchers will be sent by 1st Class Signed For Royal Delivery service. Royal Mail states that they aim to deliver items sent by 1st Class Signed For within 2 days.  This is not a guaranteed delivery time. Alternative delivery methods may be agreed between Wishsticks and the customer.  The cost of alternative delivery methods will be agreed and paid in full before items despatched.  Wishsticks Reiki students and clients may arrange to collect items in person by prior appointment. No delivery charge will be made for items collected in person.

Orders may be cancelled up to 14 days after the order is received.  Cancellations must be notified in writing.  Items must be returned within 14 days of cancelling the order.  Items must be returned in their original, re-sellable condition including all original packaging. The customer is liable for the cost of returning items unless they are faulty.
