Your introduction to Reiki which will enable you to carry out self healing and healing for friends and family, even pets!  This course will cover:

• The background of Usui Reiki 
• The 5 Reiki Principles
• What is Reiki and how does it work?
• How to treat yourself and others
• Working with Energy, Auras and Chakras
• Using Intuition

During the course there will be guided meditations, practical exercises to demonstrate energy work and the opportunity to practice the Reiki hand positions after your attunement.

Certificates will be awarded upon successful completion of the course.  You will also receive a course manual containing information on the history, explanations of the principles of Reiki, auras and chakras. Treatment notes, diagrams of the hand positions for self treatment and treatment of others will be included for future reference.  

No previous experience of Reiki is required prior to attending this course.
